Hi folks,
Do any of your good selves have the sword med for 3rd Dan on DVD or video? I know it as meditation 4. It is a solo unlike the sword med for 2nd dan. I have a version written down, but if anyone has another version, please let me know.

Yes Roger, I've got mine from my 3rd dan exam on video front and back angles. Feel free to e-mail me and let me know how best to get it too you - it's a fair old whack of data to send online.
